We're looking for a commercially minded digital marketer who thrives on results, understands the customer journey, and knows how to balance brand storytelling with performance marketing principles.

About the Role

You'll plan, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google, using insights to drive sales, engagement and brand growth. Working across both Wallace Bishop and Hardy Brothers, you'll tailor strategies for distinct audiences from aspirational retail to high-luxury clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Manage campaign performance to exceed KPIs, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and report insights that guide spend and strategy.
  • Build data-driven audience strategies and retargeting funnels to maximise conversions and lifetime value.
  • Translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for future campaigns and business decisions.
  • Partner with creative and eCommerce teams to align visuals, copy and customer journeys with campaign goals.
  • Forecast, track and manage advertising budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging tools and industry trends to continuously improve performance.

  • Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns within a commercial or retail environment.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and optimisation tactics.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with data interpretation, reporting, and insight-driven strategy.
