Key Responsibilities:

Operational Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for students and their families.
  • Manage a team of educators, including conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to support their growth and maintain high coaching standards.
  • Oversee member attendance, payments, sending payment reminders, and following up on failed payments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations, safety audits, and staff performance.
  • Familiarise with the curriculum, coordinating coaches to ensure members are assigned tasks that are adequately challenging and engaged in active learning.

Community and Enrolment Duties:

  • Coordinate with parents and guardians, addressing enquiries, providing updates on children's progress, and fostering a strong community connection.
  • Handle enrolment processes, including onboarding new members by guiding families through registration, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all paperwork and requirements are completed.

Centre Maintenance Duties:

  • Cleaning and presentation: Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met, coordinating staff to vacuum, tidy up, reset the classroom, and maintain a safe, well-presented centre.
