About The Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our ANZ Finance team. In this key support role, you'll work closely with the Business Systems Manager – ANZ and collaborate across Finance, Sales, and IT to drive operational efficiency and support system improvements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in FMCG, with exposure to ERP systems, trade spend management, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements across Finance, Sales, and IT.
• Evaluate and enhance existing systems and processes (e.g., ERP, trade spend workflows, reporting tools).
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and external vendors.
• Support system testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Prepare user documentation and assist with training to ensure smooth adoption.
• Partner with Finance to improve reporting accuracy and trade spend effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales to enable data-driven insights through reporting tools.
• About You

You're a motivated analyst with a "get-it-done" attitude and a desire to build your career in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You enjoy solving problems, working with data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience as a Business Analyst or ICT Analyst, ideally in FMCG or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of Finance and/or Sales processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Power BI, and trade spend tools.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
