Working with some of the industry's finest brokers based in a premium location, in James Street, Fortitude Valley.

This position is primarily responsible for the coordination and completion of finance applications through to settlement, working alongside your dedicated loan processor.

Key responsibilities


• Working in line with an Investment Strategy team to facility investment property purchases


• Providing product solutions tailored to the individual needs of the customer


• Review and prepare applications for submission


• Focus on great rapport building with clients, who will then be looked after by our in-house loan processor


• Ongoing support and administration assistance to clients and third party teams

Skills & experience


• Must hold a minimum qualification of Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.


• Extensive knowledge in completing applications within the finance industry with a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a similar role


• The ability to engage with a diverse customer base


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills


• Effective planning, prioritising and time management skills


• Committed to ongoing education and development


• The ability to create and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
