Our Fortitude Valley dealership is seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to join our busy, high-performing team. In this role, you will provide expert finance and insurance support across three innovative and luxury-focused automotive brands - Volvo Cars Brisbane North, Polestar Brisbane, and Geely Brisbane City.
With excellent facilities, comprehensive support and an exciting product range, exceptional income opportunities exist for those who are willing to excel.
Some of the duties that the successful applicant will carry out on a day to day basis include the following:
- Coordinate Finance/Retention campaigns for the business.
- Diligently work brand finance database systems to contact all customers whose finance contracts are maturing in the next 6 months.
- Ensure all contracts are followed up until the client is out of the market either by purchasing from our company or any other.
- Process and control payouts for trade-ins, ensuring title checks have been correctly completed.
- Complete Finance documents in accordance with proposed vehicle and process for settlement.
- To respond to payout requests, within 30mins, qualifying the customers intentions and motivations adding value whenever possible.
- To offer each client optional Finance and Insurance quotes associated with the purchase of a vehicle.
- Ensuring that an effective prospecting and recording a system is maintained and fully utilized - Dealer Point.
- Carry out a system of post-sale contact and ongoing client retention management.
- Demonstrating a high level of customer service to maintain good relationships with customers and potential customers.
- Ensure any customer complaints are handled in an effective manner to ensure continuing customer satisfaction.
To be successful, you will have proven experience in a role of similar scope, with comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Insurance accompanied by superior selling skills. You must have excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to seek direction and assistance where appropriate. Confident IT skills, high attention to detail and proven capacity to work autonomously.
