Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Sydney, NSW. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing solutions tailored to their trading needs. Daily tasks include client acquisition, offering expert guidance on trading products, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, along with maintaining consistent communication to resolve client inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Mandarin speakers priority
- Client relationship management and problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of financial markets and products such as Forex and CFDs
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Experience in the financial services or trading industry is highly regarded
