About the Role
We are seeking an experienced clinician keen to explore a part-time or a full-time position. The position could include work at our West Burleigh or Murwillumbah clinics as well as full-day work in local private schools … we delight in designing bespoke caseloads to fit the clinician. We are also open to considering keen, talented new graduates that share our values who have therapy assistant experience and/or experience in a related career.
About You
You will have a genuine desire to make a difference for your clients and your colleagues to lead happy, fulfilled, connected and communicative lives. You'll connect with our team if you are a kind and compassionate soul who loves cafes and dogs (although non-dog owners of course are welcome). Wordsmiths who love playing and musing over words and their impact are also welcome (being able to craft a covering letter with door analogies a bonus).
We'd Love You to Have

- Knowledge and skills in supporting children with disabilities and their families within strengths-based, family-centred practice
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and self-leadership skills
- Passion for working in a team to seek and share information, as part of a supportive workplace culture that embraces wellbeing
- Values and standards that embrace high quality clinical excellence and a dedication to meaningful outcomes
So if you'd like to get your foot in the door … THEN APPLY NOW by sending in your covering letter and resume to:
