Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia Clever Communicators Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

What is Clever Communicators all about?

We are a boutique, client focused Speech Pathology clinic in Coomera, on the Gold Coast. Our Coomera hub offers a calm, inviting multi-disciplinary space for clinicians and clients alike.

We are passionate about supporting our clients to reach their speech, language and communication goals. We predominantly support a paediatric population, but we also support some adults who fall within our clinical expertise.

We love working with those who have complex communication needs (CCN) (including those who use or require AAC). Don't worry if you don't have too many skills in this area We acknowledge this is a niche area and we don't expect you to have all the answers. We also love working with and are well equipped to support children who have:

  • Language differences
  • Speech Sound Disorders
  • Literacy difficulties
  • Dysfluencies

We support our clinicians to be confident supporting more 'mainstream' populations too, as we believe having a strong clinical foundation is imperative for delivering positive outcomes.

We offer mobile and in-clinic appointments, and our clinicians are provided with work-from-home opportunities each week.

How will our ONE 2026 New Graduate will be nurtured?

At Clever Communicators, we're passionate about nurturing the next generation of speech pathologists. Our new graduates are supported every step of the way with structured supervision (weekly), regular peer mentoring (weekly), team training (fortnightly) and a strong focus on wellbeing.
