Your Role Will Include:

  • Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way
  • Supporting participants across settings—home, school, and the broader community
  • Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life
  • Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team
  • Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists)
  • Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements

What you will need:

  • Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
  • A fun, team-first approach to work
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
