We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Officer to join our Springwood team, supporting our Property Managers in the day-to-day field operations.

THE ROLE

You'll enjoy a great mix of in office and on the road, work conducting inspections,  assisting with leasing, and getting hands on experience in all areas of property management.

You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team that values connection and integrity, and is passionate about helping you learn the ropes, build your confidence, and grow your career in real estate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct routine inspections, entry condition reports, and open homes
  • Assist with tenancy applications and lease documentation
  • Support Property Managers with portfolio administration
  • Learn, grow, and have fun along the way

ABOUT YOU

You are a people person who loves property and brings a positive, can do attitude to everything you do. You take pride in your work, enjoy helping others, and are eager to learn from a supportive team that truly values growth and collaboration.

You will need:

  • A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
  • Ideally 6 months' experience in real estate (preferred but not essential — we can train the right person)
  • A reliable car and valid driver's licence
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach and a genuine willingness to grow
