Due to growth, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Property Manager | Junior Property Managerin their property management team on a full time basis. 

The Role

This role will be the key support to a successful property management team focusing on both in office administration support and field services support.

Reporting to the Head of Department, this role will be pivotal in providing back office and field support to the Senior Property Managers so that they are able to focus on customer service and continue to grow properties onboarded to the rent roll. 

This role would be ideal for a Leasing Consultant or Receptionist looking for a next step or a driven professional wishing to transition into property management.  

You must have a current QLD registration certificate.

You will have supportive leadership by Directors who are passionate about their property management division and welcome forward-thinking and progressive culture. 

This role will include -

  • Leasing duties including showing properties via open home and private inspection
  • Uploading new properties for rent onto online portals
  • Key coordination and access management
  • Administrative support
  • Communication with various stakeholders including investors, suppliers and prospective tenants
  • Prospective tenant enquiry management
  • Conducting of Entry and Exit Condition Reports
  • Conducting of Routine Inspections and follow up reporting
  • Maintenance coordination
  • Scheduling of Routine Inspections and sending out of entry notices
  • Working collaboratively with a dedicated Virtual Assistant

About You

In order to be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated, client focused individual who is willing to work hard and be part of a supportive and collaborative team. You will also require -

  • Minimum 3 months experience in real estate or similar field
  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Valid QLD drivers licence
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and competing deadlines
  • Strong client service skills and a customer focused mindset
