The Southern Tigers Basketball Association (STBA) is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Strategic Partnership Coordinator to lead our strategic partnership and commercial growth programs.

About the Role

Reporting to the Club President and Executive Committee, you'll take charge of building and managing strategic partnerships that support our Junior District League, Grass Roots Programs and NBL1 Central.

This role is perfect for someone who loves sport, thrives on connecting with people, and can turn great relationships into meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll Do


•    Develop and deliver the club's strategic partner program.


•    Secure new partnerships across multiple tiers – from naming rights to community support.


•    Maintain and grow existing partner relationships.


•    Work with marketing and events teams to deliver partner branding and activation.


•    Track agreements, invoicing, and provide regular reports on performance.

About You


•    Experience in sponsorship, sales or business development (sport background a bonus).


•    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


•    Confident, self-motivated and results-focused.


•    Passionate about sport and community engagement.
