About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing & Corporate Partnerships Lead who will drive our marketing strategies and forge strong relationships with key corporate partners. In this role, you'll make marketing feel effortless, lead with a calm and confident demeanor and ensure that our partners see real value in supporting our mission.

Key Responsibilities:


• Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our community first ethos


• Corporate Partnerships: Confidently pitch to and cultivate relationships with major brands, ensuring they see the value in partnering with TradieWives.


• Community Centric Approach: Balance growth initiatives with a strong understanding of our two-sided market, keeping our community's needs at the forefront.


• Creative Campaign Thinking: Bring a fresh, creative mindset to the table - helping us brainstorm, plan, and execute content and campaigns that feel authentic, meaningful, and unmistakably "TradieWives."


• Multi-Channel Voice & Brand Consistency: Ensure our tone and voice are consistent and authentic across all channels so our members recognise our voice no matter where they connect with us.


• Leadership & Initiative: Bring a proactive and leadership driven mindset to guide our team and streamline our marketing efforts.


• Measurement & Reporting: Quantify campaign success, document progress, and report on key metrics to ensure we are continuously improving.

• Proven experience in marketing and corporate partnerships, ideally with familiarity in the trades or small business sector.


• A calm, confident, and proactive approach to marketing that makes complex strategies feel effortless.


• Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the success of campaigns and initiatives
