Business Development Manager – Commission Only (Work From Home) Brisbane Region

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who thrives on results, knows how to sell, and wants to be part of an ambitious agency.

What you will need to bring:


• Your own phone, laptop and reliable internet connection (we supply a business phone number for online calling)


• 1+ year experience in a BDM or sales role


• Cold calling confidence and lead generation skills


• Ability to manage pipelines, pitch and close deals


• Strong communication and relationship building skills


• Experience in web design, branding or marketing sales (preferred but not essential)

You will be responsible for driving new business, finding opportunities, building relationships and closing deals. With our creative services behind you (web design, branding and graphic design), plus clear targets and strong support, you will always know what success looks like. With uncapped commissions, you will be rewarded directly for every win.
