Reporting to the General Manager HSE, and based in Mt Cotton, this 'on-site' role will be the key HSE Advisor for the company's Queensland operations (SE QLD, Townsville, Hervey Bay, Maryborough). Your focus will be supporting and coaching the leaders of the business operations in all key aspects of HSE policy, initiatives and compliance.

To succeed, you will be an HSE practitioner with 7 plus years' experience and a background in the mining, building materials, construction, or related sectors. You will also have a solid knowledge of the Queensland Mines Department legislation

Importantly, you will have outstanding relationship management and communication skills coupled with a passion and commitment for HSE that will match that of the business. Equally a collaborative, team-oriented approach will be your natural style.

Naturally, an attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
