Bridal & Formalwear Retail Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced, 'hands on' fashion retailer to join Shazzam Bridal & Formal in a store leadership role. It's a full time role, though we would consider Part time for the right candidate

At Shazzam Bridal & Formal we offer one-on-one customer service that is sincere & personalised. Our customers are our highest priority - we aim to provide them with an unforgettable experience, from the first visit right up until the wedding or special occasion.

We're seeking an individual who is driven & enthusiastic, with a passion for fashion, people AND weddings

The role has management & team leadership responsibilities, in addition to plenty of 'hands on' retail fashion sales and merchandising.

You will be responsible for:

leading the team including rostering;

customer relationship management;

supplier management including some buying seasonally;

involvement with wedding expos and promotions

oversee social media for the location

Don't worry if you're new to any of these roles as there will be plenty of support and help from the very established & experienced team around you.

Skills & Experience required:

previous fashion retail experience

excellent customer service & relationship building

strong attention to detail

self motivated

exceptional presentation & communication skills

demonstrated leadership success

social media savvy would be an advantage (not required)

some weekend availability is essential (Saturday or Sunday)

Availability:

This role can be full time or permanent part time. Saturday or Sunday availability is essential, minimum 4 days a week to suit the successful applicant. (Feel free to enquire if your requirement varies - we're looking for the right people)
