The Role:

Cater Care Retail seeks to appoint a committed Team Leader to join our quick-service retail operation at Newcastle Airport.

What This Role Will Involve:

  • Ensuring that the food & service standards are of exceptional quality
  • Overseeing staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labor resources
  • Managing stock, inventory and cash
  • Ensuring compliance with health/safety regulations and site policies/procedures
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve a great working environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to supervise staff and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong cash, stock and labour control skills
  • ASIC security pass (apply at time of contract appointment)
  • Access to your own reliable transport (essential)
