Job Description
An exciting opportunity as our Retail Operations Manager – Vic East to drive the success of your region, developing region based business plan & store based business plans to drive growth & profitability.

A Peek Into Your Petstock Day

• Develop business plan for your region in line with overall Retail Operations business plan and in line with 5 year business strategy including development of individual store based business plans.
• Work with Business Managers & Regional Managers ensuring store compliance levels are at company standards.
• Be part of project teams collaborating with Support Office departments to get best outcomes for stores.
• Work with GMRO to ensure customer focus within the business, introduce new ideas & provide efficiency to our retail stores.
• Coach and mentor Team Members providing development & succession opportunities.
• Assist in compiling & reviewing budget for your region including quarterly review & reporting to the Finance Team
• Establish annual CAPEX budgets, scoping & priorities including review and re-establishing priorities for CAPEX works for the quarter.

Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?

• Minimum 5+ years in a Retail Management role.
• Strong working knowledge of a retail operational environment.
• Sound financial and budgeting skills & experience.
• Exceptional leadership skills and development of team.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability in business planning and strategic thinking.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills including exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities.
