The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth within the Commercial channel in Western Australia.

This role reports to the State Manager and involves:

  • Expanding customer relationships through new account development and existing account improvement.
  • Promoting products through technical presentations and seminars for targeted customers and projects.
  • Developing and delivering project tenders that reflect customer requirements and product positioning.
  • Maintaining an extensive network of commercial contractors, trade accounts, and Daikin dealers.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed, you will have:

  • Previous sales experience in HVAC solutions or Technical Sales Support.
  • Proficiency with SAP and/or Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Motivation and resilience to handle complex projects and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth: Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive sales expansion.

  4. Tender Development: Create and deliver tenders that meet customer needs and showcase product value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in HVAC solutions or technical sales support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
