We are seeking full-time Case Managers in our Perth office. The Case Manager role is a great starting opportunity within the insurance industry. It provides exposure to the Worker's Compensation industry as well as an opportunity to build your own brand amongst a diverse stakeholder list. The varied opportunities presented as part of the role allows for a variety of career progression options. About the role
- Proactively manage claims within delegated authority level to achieve the most cost-effective outcome within the framework of the legislation, identifying and managing return to work barriers on individual claims.
- Ensure customer service standards are maintained taken for prompt resolution of enquiries.
- Maintaining and improving technical knowledge across all facets of claims management.
- Keep up to date with legislative amendments and their practical application.
