What you will do

  • Follow the Orthodontist's recommendations and discuss treatment plans with patients
  • Confidently answer any enquiries and ensure patients have a positive experience
  • Assist with tasks including photographing teeth and building patient files
  • Build rapport and positive relationships with patients
  • Discuss payments plans and financial options in a professional manner
  • Draw up quotes and create contracts based on the Orthodontist's instructions.

What you will bring

  • You have previous experience in a sales or customer facing role
  • Warm, engaging communicator who quickly builds rapport with customers
  • Must have access to your own car and be happy travelling to multiple practices
  • Self-motivated and driven to learn new skills
  • Any Dental or Orthodontic experience would be a bonus
