What You'll Do
As a Project & Mobilisation Officer, you'll be the engine room for getting our people and projects safely to site, on time, and client-ready. Your day will include:
• Coordinating mobilisations: bookings, inductions, compliance checks, and logistics.
• Keeping production and installation schedules sharp, accurate, and up to date.
• Supporting project managers with documentation, QA, MDRs, ITPs, and manuals.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to keep everything on track.
• Driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all you touch.

What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you bring:
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or project coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro.
• Clear communication skills, you can confidently liaise with everyone from site crews to senior managers.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Tech know-how across the Microsoft Suite.
Bonus points for a Cert IV in Project Management (or equivalent experience) and exposure to engineering or tank projects.
