CQUniversity is seeking a passionate and proactive Work Integrated Learning Officer to support team operational activities facilitating meaningful student placements across our campuses.

In this position, you'll work closely with academic teams, industry partners, and your team leader in managing placement reporting and operational responsibilities with the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Sciences (SNMSS) as your primary stakeholder. This includes actively participating in College meetings to ensure strategic alignment and program success. Your day-to-day will involve relationship management, strategic planning, data entry, cross-team collaboration, advanced reporting preparation and problem-solving – all with the goal of supporting student success.

Position Requirements
  • Relevant experience in higher education operations & administration (or equivalent combination of training/experience).
  • Placement experience exposure in a Work Integrated Learning environment highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Confident ability using business support tools (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, or corporate information systems).
  • Experience working in the higher education sector (Desirable).
