Weekend Supervisor – Supermarket

Location: Bangalow Foodworks

Hours:Friday Saturday & Mondays

Are you a reliable and motivated team player with a passion for great customer service? We're looking for an enthusiastic Weekend Supervisor to join our supermarket team and help keep things running smoothly during our busiest times.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and support team members across all departments
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming store environment
  • Open and/or close the store as required
  • Manage cash handling and till procedures
  • Maintain store standards – cleanliness, stock levels, and merchandising
  • Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Support the Store Manager with daily operations and compliance

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail or supervisory experience (supermarket experience a bonus)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Flexible and available to work weekends
