We're a locally operated cinema dedicated to providing great movie experience and excellent customer service.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cinema Supervisor to join our team and help ensure smooth day to day operation.

As a cinema supervisor, you'll assist in leading the team and maintaining high standards of service and presentation. You'll be hands on with both customer service and operational duties supporting the team ensuring every session runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily cinema operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Lead and support staff during shifts to maintain service standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are met
  • Assist with staff training and shift scheduling as required
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash accurately

About You:

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (cinema experience ideal)
  • Confident leading a small team and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Available for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Reliable, friendly, and proactive
