What You'll Do

  • Lead and support front-of-house staff during service
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding guest service
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members
  • Manage opening and closing duties
  • Help maintain stock control, cleanliness, and venue standards
  • Work closely with management to keep the good times rolling

  • Previous hospitality experience in a supervisory or team leader role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A hands-on approach and a passion for customer service
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) required
