Cleaning Supervisor – Shopping Centre

Location: roselands

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Salary: $70,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and oversee cleaning operations inside a busy shopping centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaners to ensure high cleaning standards.
  • Plan and allocate daily tasks to meet service schedules.
  • Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
  • Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) standards.
  • Report maintenance issues and liaise with management and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning supervision (retail/shopping centre experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
