Key Responsibilities
As part of our Service Desk team, you will:
- Provide
1st Level IT Support
across software, hardware, and network issues. - Deliver
fast, friendly, and efficient service
to our clients. - Accurately document calls, incidents, and requests in our systems.
- Assign and track incidents to ensure they reach the right support group.
- Act as a
single point of contact
for logged issues, performing diagnostics and initiating problem management workflows. - Mentor, guide, or train service desk staff when required.
- Support multiple clients with professionalism and strong customer service.
- Manage your workload to meet
service levels
while maintaining accurate data. - Work flexibly in a
24/7 rotating roster
(including nights and weekends). - Adhere to
Unisys policies and procedures
(attendance, reporting, etc.).
Key Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who bring a mix of
technical know-how and great customer service skills
:
- Active NV1 Security Clearance
(ability to obtain NV2 also required). - Australian Citizenship
(mandatory). - Previous
customer service experience
is highly valued. - At least
1 year of IT Service Desk experience
preferred. - Certificate or training in IT (or equivalent hands-on experience).
