Key Responsibilities

As part of our Service Desk team, you will:

  • Provide
    1st Level IT Support
    across software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Deliver
    fast, friendly, and efficient service
    to our clients.
  • Accurately document calls, incidents, and requests in our systems.
  • Assign and track incidents to ensure they reach the right support group.
  • Act as a
    single point of contact
    for logged issues, performing diagnostics and initiating problem management workflows.
  • Mentor, guide, or train service desk staff when required.
  • Support multiple clients with professionalism and strong customer service.
  • Manage your workload to meet
    service levels
    while maintaining accurate data.
  • Work flexibly in a
    24/7 rotating roster
    (including nights and weekends).
  • Adhere to
    Unisys policies and procedures
    (attendance, reporting, etc.).


Key Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who bring a mix of
technical know-how and great customer service skills
:

  • Active NV1 Security Clearance
    (ability to obtain NV2 also required).
  • Australian Citizenship
    (mandatory).
  • Previous
    customer service experience
    is highly valued.
  • At least
    1 year of IT Service Desk experience
    preferred.
  • Certificate or training in IT (or equivalent hands-on experience).
