Australian Company Hiring Business Development Executive:

Due to continued growth within the business, we are now seeking a talented individual to help us build strong partnerships with companies throughout Australia to support work experience programs for higher education students and graduates.

About the role:

The primary purpose of this position is to build strong partnerships with companies throughout Australia and to coordinate work experience programs. You will have:

  • Extensive experience in inbound/outbound phone sales with clients in USA, Australia or Europe
  • High Proficiency in English (Native Speaker) and able to build strong connections with clients in Australia
  • Strong passion for business development and sales
  • Ideally knowledge of the Recruitment Industry

You will be a real go-getter who simply loves getting on the phone and building partnerships with companies.

Not only will be love making outbound calls to companies, but you will also thrive on converting your calls into new opportunities for our students who are seeking work experience.

  • Making outbound calls to potential industry placement host companies
