Working closely with the CEO you will get the best of both worlds, a standalone(ish) P&C Partner in BAM with a dotted line to the Joval Group P&C team where you can share ideas and celebrate success as a P&C team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs the P&C Partner for BAM you will be a true generalist, one day you'll be working with Operations Managers on absenteeism, the next you'll be developing organisation design plans with the CEO then pivoting to work on return-to-work plans and working on driving performance through leadership.

This role is a true blend of administration, operations and strategy. You'll spend your time getting to know your leaders and using your influencing skills to support them. One week you might be working on a stimulating organisational design plan, the next you'll be working on the admin of bonus letters and employee changes.

Day to day:

  • Coach managers on performance
  • Support return to work
  • Advise on policy & support application
  • Mitigate risk and compliance issues
  • Support employee wellbeing.

Projects & big picture:

  • Organisational design
  • Change management
  • Develop and implement people strategy
  • Support and manage risk around payroll compliance
  • Support EBA negotiations when necessary
  • Cultural change and uplift.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATEAre you ready to take on this challenge? If you are someone that gets sh*t done with a smile, you're the P&C Partner we're looking for You'll have a depth of experience in generalist HR, able to influence performance conversations on the floor and speak organisational design with the Head of HR and CEO. Bringing your experience in a blue-collar environment, you'll be able to demonstrate how you can relate to people at all levels.
