ABOUT THE COMPANY.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Junior Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager, with a clear pathway to grow your skills on large-scale multi-residential and commercial projects in Canberra. You'll collaborate with both site and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across various sectors, from early design through to project completion. This role involves regular liaison with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
DUTIES.
- Progress claims, variations, RFI's
- Review and negotiate subcontract terms
- Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare accurate and transparent reports
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable.
- 6 months as a Site/Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar.
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers.
