Our Customer Service Officer Traineeship is an exciting one-year opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration whilst providing administrative service support. You will receive professional guidance from our experienced Customer Service superstars and mentoring from your supervisor and the team. What you will do:

  • Work a minimum of 70 hours over a 9-day fortnight.
  • Complete your Certificate III in Business during work hours.
  • Provide administrative service support internally and to the local community.
  • Enjoy rotations across teams to experience a variety of tasks and situations.
