About the Role

Wagga IT is seeking a proactive and customer-focused ICT Support Officer Trainee to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll act as the first point of contact for client support requests, providing both remote and on-site technical assistance across a wide range of technologies. You'll collaborate closely with our senior technicians and Security Operations Centre (SOC) to maintain, secure, and optimise client environments.

Key Responsibilities


• Collaborate with senior technicians on client projects


• Provide Level 1 technical support for client incidents and service requests


• Deliver support both remotely and on-site as required


• Monitor and manage Microsoft 365 environments and business networks


• Deploy and configure workstations, mobile devices, software, and peripherals


• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) through timely and effective issue resolution


• Assist in monitoring Wagga IT's Advanced Cyber Security platform for Indicators of Compromise (IOCs)

Requirements


• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems


• A strong passion for technology

• Class C driver's licence
