About the Role

We're offering an exciting traineeship for a motivated school leaver or early-career candidate to join our Sales team in Wagga. This role is a great way to kick-start your career while learning all aspects of steel distribution and office operations.

As a Trainee Internal Salesperson, you'll receive full on-the-job training, work alongside a friendly and experienced team, and complete a nationally recognised qualificationas part of your traineeship. You'll be helping with sales, customer service, and office support, gaining valuable skills and credentials that will set you up for the future.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting customers with enquiries at the counter and over the phone
  • Learning how to process invoices and purchase orders
  • Helping with general office tasks to keep things running smoothly
  • Working closely with the team to deliver great customer service
  • Building product knowledge and confidence in a sales environment

Perks Upon Successful Completion of Probation

Enjoy flexible working hours with a rotating roster: one week 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, the next week 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
