Whether you're based locally or open to regional rosters, we have multiple openings for hands-on engineers who enjoy fast-paced civil works and being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site-based delivery of civil infrastructure projects
  • Manage subcontractors, procurement and project programming
  • Track project costs and contribute to monthly reporting/claims
  • Maintain QA/QC systems and ensure compliance with ITPs
  • Support junior engineers and assist with tendering where required
  • Regional travel required – accommodation/meals provided

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 4+ years' site-based civil experience
  • Valid driver's licence and Construction White Card
  • Familiarity with TMR or RMS standards is a bonus
  • Strong initiative, professionalism, and team spirit
