As a Graduate Engineer, you'll gain hands-on site experience while supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of concrete and formwork projects. Working alongside experienced engineers and project managers, you'll be involved in project administration, compliance, and technical problem-solving. This is your opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact on real-world projects.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in delivering scopes of work in line with project plans and specifications, ensuring performance within timeframes and budgets.
  • Support the development of detailed short-term programmes and schedules.
  • Contribute to driving project success through compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems.
  • Help maximise efficiency and profitability through effective planning and resource coordination.
  • Assist in determining project specifications and sourcing required materials.
  • Support the development of scope and parameters for project design and implementation.
  • Participate in identifying responsibilities and delegating tasks under supervision.
  • Assist in managing the full project lifecycle from planning to completion.

What We're Looking For

  • A recent engineering graduate (Civil or related discipline).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and safety standards (preferred).
