m|devices are a locally based leading supplier of medical equipment to hospitals, day surgeries and distributors, operating and supplying customers in local and offshore markets for over 15 years. Alongside parent company Multigate Medical Products, a family owned business operating for over 30 years, m|devices is committed to supporting the advancement of healthcare and have grown significantly from humble beginnings.

Based in Villawood, we are looking for a service-oriented person to join our Customer Service team. You will work alongside our customer service team to provide customers with excellent customer experiences by managing high volume enquiries, emails, customer complaints and all customer engagements to a quality standard.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of our customer
  • Purchase order management and daily management of EDI orders.
  • Review accuracy of pricing on all customer orders and managing discrepancies
  • Registering and Invoicing Interstate warehouse orders
  • Managing backorders daily including substitution and arrival time
  • Communicate with customers for company policy on acceptance of short, expired stock.
  • Working closely with the Sales and Warehouse Team and other intercompany departments
  • Managing requests to return goods and acceptance of short expired stock per Company's policy
  • Arrange urgent quotations for same day dispatch of goods

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in Customer Service role
  • Experience within tangible goods, fast paced consumer goods or medical industry preferred
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interrelationship skills
  • Exhibits high attention to detail and accuracy and is methodical and task oriented
  • Proactive individual with an aptitude for problem solving
