What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing full-function Accounts Payable duties across the Group
  • Processing high volumes of invoices and matching them to purchase orders
  • Handling monthly credit card transaction reconciliations
  • Processing Staff reimbursements
  • Building strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers
  • Resolving discrepancies and responding to inquiries promptly
  • Ensuring timely payments and accurate account reconciliations
  • Supporting month-end close and audit processes
  • Following internal controls and financial policies
  • Pitching in with other duties as assigned including reception relief
What You'll Bring
  • At least 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive mindset for spotting and resolving issues
  • Strong attention to detail and solid reconciliation skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to team success
