Honest to Goodness is a family-owned rapidly growing organic and natural food supplier based in Alexandria & Villawood.

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our dedicated team.

Position: Customer Service Executive – full-time, 38 hours a week

Location: Villawood

This role will require you to:

  • · Be the first point of contact and provide excellent customer service to wholesale, online and retail customers who have enquiries, complaints or require assistance.
  • · Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, issues and cases via phone, email or chat to provide solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • · Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM
  • · Identify and escalate priority issues, complaints, or any inefficiencies in process to the Customer Service Team Leader.
  • · Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and concerns.

  • Ability to adapt and thrive under changing pressures and priorities
  • Passion to grow and develop within the role
  • Ability to work well independently in a team environment
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Great time Management
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • An understanding of operational systems (example SAP, Syspro)
  • Familiar with how an online business operates
  • Experience in warehousing and distribution desirable.
