With Sealy's continued success and growth, there is now an exciting Customer Service Inspector opportunity to join a market leading brand at its state-of-the-art production facility in Villawood with our NSW customer service team.

ESSENTIAL: C-Class drivers' license with a clean record, experience driving a 3-4-tonne truck. Physical fitness and willingness for manual labour form part of this role.

The Role

This is not your average customer service job. As a Customer Service Inspector, you'll be the face of Sealy in customers' homes across Sydney. Your day will involve:

  • Visiting customers to assess warranty concerns with mattresses and bases
  • Talking with customers to understand their needs and explain solutions
  • Carrying out hands-on repairs where needed (on-site or back at our facility)
  • Ensuring each customer has a positive experience with the Sealy brand

Your Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Current Class C driver's license (clean record)
  • Confident communication and customer service skills
  • Good physical fitness (lifting and handling mattresses is part of the role)
  • A practical, hand-on mindset - comfortable using tools and making repairs
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety

Working with an established, professional team, this role will suit anyone wishing to join a premium branded company with an outstanding reputation for customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a motivated team, committed to achieving only the highest standard.

Early starts are necessary. A full 38-hour Monday to Friday week plus potential overtime, generous hourly rate.

This is a casual employment opportunity to begin with, with a view to permanent employment for the right candidate.
