Based in our Cronulla office, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll candidate looking to join a reputable company and take on a busy role supporting our existing accounts team within a friendly and professional environment.
This role is part time for 20hr per week
Reporting into the Accounts Officer and CFO, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
- Processing payroll, superannuation, employee entitlements and other payroll compliance tasks
- Assisting in the activation of commissions and bonus calculations for sales agents
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconciling bank statements and financial accounts
Skills required:
- 2+ years of experience in a payroll position
- Must have experience using MYOB, ADP payroll and Xero
- Doesn't need to have property industry experience but desired
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
