Leading supplier of cleaning and sanitising products to the Food and Beverage manufacturing industry.
Working with a talented Customer Service team in the office, you will interact with customers on a daily basis. Duties will include:
Customer Service:
Taking customer orders via telephone and email
- Order entry within the company ERP package.
- Liaising with the production and dispatch teams to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
- Liaising with the Sales Team regarding customer requirements.
- Preparing reports for sales team and management
- Maintaining internal relationships with Technical Sales Consultants and Regional Managers.
- Management of Stock availability and processing of sales orders
Outbound Customer contact:
Routine contact with a defined list of customers to elicit sales opportunities (via telephone and email)
- Referral of customer queries to the sales team
- Recording of customer contact within the company CRM, ultimately you will become the CRM champion
This is an important role within the team. We will provide all of the training required to be successful in this role.
Ideally the applicants should have experience within a fast paced Customer Service team, work well when under pressure and a willingness to learn.
You will have an easy going approachable manner, excellent communication skills and a can do approach.
