Overview

Nufarm Laverton North, Victoria, Australia — Join the Customer Service Specialist role within the Nufarm Customer Operations team based in Laverton North due to an internal promotion. The role supports the commercial effort by facilitating order administration to deliver a best-in-class customer experience aligned to Nufarm's Go To Market Strategy and Customer Value Proposition.

What you'll do
  • Take ownership for the customer order life-cycle (order entry, stock transfers, changes, pricing, terms, freight, cancellations, confirmations), including Agency & Consignment, ensuring allocated tasks are completed.
  • Respond to and resolve customer and stakeholder queries (order status, stock availability, delivery timeframes) via telephone, email, and chatter workflows.
  • Investigate and process stock returns and credits within delegated authority.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
  • Perform Order Management tasks based on customer segmentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer data in core ERP/CRM systems.
What you bring

You're a proactive and commercially savvy Customer Service/Contact Centre professional with experience in operational environments (FMCG/Manufacturing Supply Chain). Proficient with ERP systems (JD Edwards/CRM-Salesforce) and Microsoft Office to leverage customer data. Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, curious, autonomous yet collaborative, and eager to learn.
