About the Roles

We're hiring for two key positions:

Full-Time 2IC & Full-Time Section Waiter | Hospitality Professionals Wanted

We're on the hunt for passionate, reliable, and career-driven hospitality pros to join our expanding team. If you're ready to take the next step in your hospitality career, bring your skills to a dynamic, fast-paced environment where quality and service are everything.

1. Full-Time 2IC (Second in Charge)

You'll support venue management in the day-to-day running of the floor, helping to lead and mentor a tight-knit team. The 2IC is the go-to person in the absence of senior management and is pivotal in maintaining service standards, team morale, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:


•    Overseeing and coordinating daily service


•    Supporting and guiding front-of-house staff


•    Assisting with rostering, stock control & end-of-day reports


•    Delivering exceptional customer experiences


•    Maintaining high presentation and hygiene standards

2. Full-Time Section Waiter

You'll be a customer-facing superstar with a strong focus on attentive service and in-depth product knowledge. Your role will be to elevate the guest experience in your section with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:


•    Running your own section with confidence and pace


•    Providing knowledgeable recommendations on food and wine


•    Delivering premium, polished service at all times


•    Supporting team members and assisting where needed
