Join 2XU, a global leader in high performance apparel, as the Store Manager of our Westfield Kotara store, and lead a team that inspires customers to perform at their best. This is opportunity is for a 6 month contract.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales targets
  • Drive performance across sales, KPIs, and product sell-through
  • Oversee store operations — including inventory, visual merchandising, stock management, and presentation
  • Manage rosters, train and coach your team to reach their full potential
  • Build meaningful connections with your local community, brand partners, and ambassadors
  • Lead by example as a hands-on, positive, and inspiring in-store presence

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in retail management (Store Manager or strong 2IC level)
  • A track record of achieving sales results and driving KPIs
  • Strong operational skills — rostering, wage control, inventory, and VM
  • A genuine passion for fitness, premium performance apparel, and great customer service
  • Natural leadership skills with an energetic, collaborative approach
