What You'll Be Doing- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, play-based learning programs tailored to your chosen age group for children.
- Nurture children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through responsive, individualised care.
- Champion child safety by ensuring the voice of every child is heard and respected.
- Comply with National Law, Regulations, Child Safe Standards, and Quality Standards while actively modelling best practice.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation.
- Collaborate with families, colleagues, and the wider community to create inclusive, respectful partnerships.
- Actively participate in paid professional development and mandatory child safety training to enhance your skills and practice.
- Relevant Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- Commitment to child safety and the wellbeing of every child.
- Enthusiasm for creating enriching learning environments that celebrate each child's individuality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (V2.0) and National Quality Standards.
- Understanding of the National Law and Regulations.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic childcare environment.
