What You'll Be Doing
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, play-based learning programs tailored to your chosen age group for children.
  • Nurture children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through responsive, individualised care.
  • Champion child safety by ensuring the voice of every child is heard and respected.
  • Comply with National Law, Regulations, Child Safe Standards, and Quality Standards while actively modelling best practice.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with families, colleagues, and the wider community to create inclusive, respectful partnerships.
  • Actively participate in paid professional development and mandatory child safety training to enhance your skills and practice.
What We're Looking For
  • Relevant Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
  • Commitment to child safety and the wellbeing of every child.
  • Enthusiasm for creating enriching learning environments that celebrate each child's individuality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (V2.0) and National Quality Standards.
  • Understanding of the National Law and Regulations.
  • Current Working With Children Check.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic childcare environment.
