Our Purpose
We exist to be a one-stop-shop of mental health solutions.
Shrink & Co. are a high performance, dynamic team with strong beliefs in high standards, leadership, teamwork, continuous improvement and getting the job done. We believe in creating value for our clients and their families, and we start by providing an exceptional client experience journey.

The Occupational Therapist operates within the BIT under the BIT Discipline Lead and will deliver services collaboratively with the Lead Practitioner, or as a Lead Practitioner alongside the rest of the BIT.
