InOne Healthcare is seeking motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing and supportive team. We provide in-home aged care services across Queensland, Melbourne and New South Wales, helping older Australians improve mobility, manage pain, and maintain independence.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver high-quality, client-centred Occupational services in clients' homes.
  • Complete comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and provide evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, PTs, and other allied health professionals.
  • Support older people in achieving their goals, enhancing quality of life, and preventing hospital admissions.
  • Work with participants from NDIS and Aged care packages

About you:

  • AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience in aged care, community, or NDIS Settings.
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to client-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
