Join a collaborative, friendly Allied Health team and help patients regain independence sooner.

Work in a part-time role (0.4) two days per week in a flexible and supportive team.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a varied caseload across inpatient and day rehabilitation programs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy in acute medical and surgical wards.
  • Support patients with functional assessment, equipment prescription and discharge planning.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team while confidently managing your own workload.

Access opportunities to develop special interests such as:

  • Oedema and lymphoedema management.
  • Neurological rehabilitation.
  • Delirium and dementia support.

About You

You will also bring:

  • Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Ability to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs.
  • Flexibility to work across acute inpatient areas.
  • Minimum 2 years post graduate experience
  • Experience in a hospital setting (highly regarded, but not essential).
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.
  • High standard of patient care.
