The role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to our Food & Beverage and Conventions & Entertainment divisions, ensuring accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial insights
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements
- Provide financial guidance and support to business partners
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
About you
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience working in a similar role within a large complex environment.
- Recognised member of Professional Body (CA or CPA).
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry (preferred)
